and off-leash dog areas. 
There's Funsheets, Little Free Library,  DVD loaners too.

Watch the farm animals. Visit through the fence. Bring your own healthy snacks for them.  :-)

Friday July 1:10 am-11 am: Bike Decorating and Parade. 
Bring your own decorations and bikes, cars, strollers, dogs,
whatever you like for our parade around the park. 
Friday July 1: Strathmore usually has a lot of fun events on Canada Day! 
To be confirmed by the town.

Saturday July 210 am to 11:30 am: Red & White & Orange Day.
We will go around the park looking for the most patriotic site,
especially those that include Truth and Reconciliation information. 
Points will be awarded for decorations, participation (skits, songs etc.) and bribes! (Bribes to The Terry Fox Foundation)  Prizes and a talent revue too.

AUGUST LONG WEEKEND: Friday July 29 to Monday August 1: Check out Heritage Days in Strathmore.   
SEPTEMBER LONG WEEKEND: Friday, September 2 to Monday, September 5: The ever popular progressive sale in the store, candy count, disc golf tournament, last hayrides of the season. Terry Fox Fundraiser.

Candy Count: Come to the store to guess how many candies are in the tub. FREE for all ages.

Disc Golf Tourney: Pick up your free tourney card at the office. 
Closest to the secret score wins the prize. FREE!  Limit one card per person.

Returning for 2022: POP-UP ASTRONOMY! When the skies and stars are right, and Al is close-by with his big telescopes, we will look up, way up, for the best night view in the county. Watch our Facebook page and bulletin boards for details. These will be short-notice events as conditions need to be just right.
