We are a Seasonal, Monthly, Weekly Camping Community!

We have a few spots for monthly and weekly bookings but the majority of sites are for seasonal use.  
We have serviced availability for 2022!  Stay on our mailing list for an invite to put down a deposit for 2022.

We want to give as many people as possible the chance to be part of our seasonal family.  That's why we designed the "pick your pass" program. Begin with a base price, then build from there. There's a package for most budgets!

Serviced seasonal sites have 15, 30, or 50 amp power and water. No sites have direct sewer hook-ups, mobile service is available as an annual option.  Unserviced sites have no amenities.

2022 OPTIONS                         (per year)         

Boat Launching and Storage:   $75 per vessel, includes winter storage.
                                               $50 for each  boat (canoes, kayaks, pedalboats etc.)

Day Visitor Pass:                     $00!  Your guests may visit you during the day (not overnight) for no extra charge.
         (Additional adults, staying in your trailer with you are just $2 each per night.) 

Dog Permit:                             $20 per dog.

Extra Fridge or Bar Fridge:       $100 per fridge on unmetered sites. 

Grass Cutting:                         $250  If you would rather not do it yourself, pick this option!

Sewer Pump-outs:                  $250 We'll do the dirty work on pre-scheduled days. Only on serviced sites. 

Deposits and approval required for decks, sheds, and electricity.

Approved decks and/or sheds:    $200 

Electricity on all metered sites:    $200  Yearly top-up required each fall.

Gate cards:                                  $20 per card. Max. 2 cards.

Other fees:

Account set-up (for new seasonals):  $100   
​​Changing sites (for current seasonals): First time free, other moves, $50


Our season is typically the first Friday in May to the third Monday in September with some bonus weekends in April and at the end of September, road and weather conditions permitting. There may be changes depending on health department requirements during the pandemic. We will let you know when we know! :-) 

During the bonus season we are either opening up or closing down the park so camping will be rustic, programs and ancillary centres will not be operational.  Due to Covid-19 there may or may not be programs or events, the store, washrooms and laundry as well as most activity centres may or may not be open. Please see the response plan for more details. Electricity to serviced sites is on throughout the camping and bonus seasons, water is on May long weekend to mid-September, pump-outs are available then too.  There is no winter access.​ 
This pass is for camping only, not for full-time occupation.  You can come and go all summer but you cannot live here on a season's pass.
Full-timers, please check our monthly prices.   Passes are not for sharing with friends or family They are not for resale or for use on sharing-economy sites such as AirBnB etc.

Winter storage is just $300 due by September 1.  If you are a renewing seasonal, it is deducted from the next years' renewal fees. Pass fees are due April 1 each year.  ​
Season's passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
